This very unique textile created by Harwood Steiger (1900-1980) is a rare collector's find. Brown monochromatic desert birds and plants on a pale apricot background are typical of this interesting Arizona artist's style. The textile is in excellent condition.

Sewing Skill Level: Beginners will find this fabric easy to sew because; it doesn't stretch, the print doesn’t need to be matched at seams, thread & stitching will not be noticeable, it's smooth and will move through a sewing machine and press flat with a steam iron easily.
Care: Easy care machine wash (delicate) and dry. Remove promptly from dryer and hang to avoid wrinkles. This fabric was machine washed and dried (fragrance and dye-free), dye-tested, measured, inspected, and ready to cut & sew immediately.

Full Description: This stable cotton woven is mostly opaque, lightweight, easy to sew, and has a modest drape. This fabric is easy to care for but should be handled gently because of its value as a rare textile.
