| Sewing Skill Level: Beginners will find this fabric somewhat easy to sew because; it doesn't stretch, it's lightweight and will move through a sewing machine and press flat with a steam iron easily. It is more flexible than simple cotton, however, and beginners should use lots of pins when sewing. Use a smaller gauge machine needle (70/9 or 80/11). This fabric would best be used for "flowy" garment designs, curtains, or scarves. |
